At Indian Yoga Expert, we strive to offer a smooth and satisfactory experience for both users and yoga teachers. However, we understand that plans may change.
1. User-Initiated Cancellations
24 hours prior to class: Full refund.
Less than 24 hours: 50% refund.
No-show or cancellation after class time: No refund.
2. Teacher-Initiated Cancellations
In the event a teacher cancels or does not take a reserved session, the user shall be given a 100% refund or a choice to rebook the class.
3. Subscription/Package Plans
Subscribers of packages (if available) can opt for a refund within 7 days of subscription, as long as no sessions have been taken.
4. Processing Refunds
All refunds will be credited 7–10 working days to the same method of payment.
Refundable bank charges and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
